My passion is the art of enhancing natural beauty and appearance. I specialize in creating hairstyles that accentuate your unique features. Directions: Lizziebearhair is located at 525 Sybella Parkway, Maitland, FL. 32751 Suite 302, on the second level inside the Uptown Maitland Apartment building. From 17-92, turn on Sybella Parkway then left into the parking garage. As you enter immediately turn left and head up to the second level following the yellow signs. Park in any yellow spots labeled "My Salon Suite". Come to the "My Salon Suite" entrance located on the corner of the garage closest to 17-92. Enter the lobby and dial suite 302 (Lizziebearhair), then press the green bell to ring my suite. Note you may have to buzz both the lobby and hallway door with my Suite code: 302.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
At Lizziebearhair we understand life happens. We respect and value our clients business and time, we kindly ask that you respect ours too. Please arrive on time or 5-10 minutes early. To ensure fairness for all clients we've established the following policy:
Cancellations:
If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled reservation. Late cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% for all scheduled services and 100% for no call/no shows.
Late Fee:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we need to reschedule or cancel. You will be charged a $20 late fee. We plan our day according to our scheduled reservations, if you are late we will not have enough time for your service.
No Call/ No Shows/ Routine Lateness:
We maintain a ZERO tolerance policy with no call/no-shows, last minute cancellations and routine lateness. Clients will receive ONE warning before they are banned. The same can be said with last-minute cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or habitually late clients. If you no call/no-show, it stops other potential clients from booking during that time.
Exceptions:
We may make exceptions to this policy in certain circumstances, such as illness or emergencies. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
Over Time:
If your service requires a longer time than expected. We reserved the right to charge for extra time and or reschedule another appointment.
Refund and Redo Policy:
We do not offer refunds. However, If you're unhappy with your service, we have a 7-day redo window and we will be more than happy to correct it for free.
We recommend in the future always being clear & specific about your hair desires before each service and during the consultation. Please don’t hesitate to speak up during your service. Our goal is to meet our clients expectations with every appointment.
